What’s in the toolbox?

Faith Home equips people with the necessary tools to move forward. That toolbox includes: training, skills, structure, and work experience.

Daily Classes

Classes are designed to assist residents in overcoming life-controlling issues. Some topics covered are, Bible knowledge & application, identity, relationships, emotions, attitudes, understanding addiction, relapse & more.

Real Work, Real Training

Hands-on job training happens through meaningful daily work. Participants learn by doing and grow through consistent practice.

Skills That Employers Need

Training is connected to practical trades and services that translate to real-world jobs. The goal is to build marketable skills people can take with them.

Daily Structure That Builds Stability

Each day is guided by routine, responsibility, and clear expectations. Structure helps create steady progress and healthier habits.

Accountability That Strengthens Growth

Participants learn to show up, follow through, and take ownership of their choices. Support and accountability work together to keep momentum moving forward.

Work Habits That Last

Reliability, teamwork, communication, and follow-through become daily practice. These habits help build trust—at work, at home, and in the community.

Safe, Supervised Learning Environments

Instruction is guided and supervised in functional, real-life settings. Participants learn proper processes, safety, and how to work with excellence.

Experience You Can Build On

Work experience is designed to prepare people for employment and long-term stability. It’s the kind of foundation that makes re-entry into the workforce more realistic.

Confidence Through Competence

As skills grow, confidence follows. People begin to see what they’re capable of—and that changes everything.

From Recovery to Independent Living

Recovery is the start, but building a life is the work. The program supports a clear pathway toward independence, responsibility, and a stable next chapter.
