Building Skills for Life Beyond the Program
Faith Home’s Enterprises are where recovery becomes real life preparation. Through hands-on work and supervised instruction, participants learn marketable skills, build reliable work habits, and gain experience that translates to employment. These enterprises create structured, safe environments where responsibility is practiced daily—helping individuals grow in confidence, stability, and readiness for independent living.
Ranch: Farm to Fork
Faith Home Adult & Teen Challenge’s Farm to Fork garden and greenhouse is more than just a source of fresh produce—it is a hands-on training environment where students develop valuable life and vocational skills. Through planting, cultivating, and caring for crops, students learn responsibility, consistency, teamwork, and the fundamentals of agriculture. This program not only equips them with practical skills they can carry into future employment, but also instills a strong work ethic and sense of purpose. At the same time, Farm to Fork allows us to provide affordable, fresh produce to our local community while supplying healthy, homegrown food for our students. By connecting the process from seed to harvest, the program reflects our mission of restoration, growth, and giving back.
Strong Hands
Strong Hands Enterprise is a growing community-powered service program at Faith Home, built to help local businesses and neighbors get real projects done. From moving jobs, yard work and cleanup to concrete and landscaping, our team is available to provide the “all around help you need.”
Faith Home Bees & Honey
Faith Home Bees is growing into a training-focused beekeeping enterprise—building skills, mentorship, and purpose through hands-on work with hives. The program supports honey production, queen rearing, swarm capture services, and a long-term goal of pollination support for local orchards.
Modular Housing
Faith Home Modular Housing builds high-quality tiny homes and modular units while training participants who have completed the program through hands-on apprenticeship opportunities. These units support real needs across Northern California—from ranch and farm worker housing to ADUs and transitional housing for churches and ministries.
